This page explains what happens when you contact Starchirp through this website. We collect what you choose to send us. Visit data is described below.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, a WhatsApp number or email address, what you’re looking for, and a short note about the project. WhatsApp chats started from the Let’s talk and WhatsApp buttons are handled by WhatsApp, not stored on this site.

How we use it

Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and emailed to [email protected]. We use that information to reply, understand the project, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Visits

Google Analytics records the page, the device, roughly where the visit came from, and actions such as a Let’s talk click or a form submit. It does not receive what you type into the form. We use that to see which pages and buttons are used. We do not sell it.

Google processes this data under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to work with you, or to refer back to a past conversation. You can ask us to delete a submission by emailing [email protected].
